A Trip to Country Corner

The Country Corner in Alpha, Il is a great place to take your family. Its more then a pumpkin patch.

We went with a friend and her kids last week and  had a great time.

We signed up for a guided tour which was about an hour and half long and included

a hay rack ride, petting zoo, cow train ride, free pumpkin for everyone to pick from the patch themselves,

Going through the corn maze and visiting the bee observation barn.

The farm also offers a play ground and picnic area that is free of charge.

I'm not sure what happened to all the pictures we took that day. Guess they mysteriously disappeared.

But here are a few.

They also have a Farm Market at Country Corner - you can purchase produce and homemade preserves from different farms in the area..and of course lots of pumpkins for sale.

The staff at Country Corner was very friendly. I could tell that our tour guide "Crazy Bob" really enjoyed his job. Their corn maze is open on the weekends and is said to be haunted! woohoo...

Defiantly worth the trip.
